Welcome to MD Beauty! Please review our salon policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to the terms below. 

Booking and deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £15 is required to secure the following appointments: lash extensions, infills and brow lamination. This will go towards your final total. 
• A non-refundable deposit of £5 is required to secure the following appointments: brow waxing and tinting. This will go towards your final total. 
• Appointments must be booked online through our booking system. 
• Remaining balance is due at the end of your service - cash or card payment options are accepted. 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

• We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. 
• Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours notice will result in a loss of your deposit. 
• No-shows will result in a loss of the deposit and may be banned from future bookings. 

Late Policy

• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. 
• If we cannot complete the service due to lateness, it will be treated as a no-show. 

Lash Infills and Retention

• Infills must be scheduled within 2-3 weeks of your appointment.
• You must have at least 50% of your lashes remaining to be eligible for an infill service. 
• Anything beyond that may be charged as a full set. 

Brow Services

• Avoid retinoids or chemical exfoliants 72 hours before brow services. 
• Please do not book brow services if you have broken skin, active acne or recent cosmetic procedures in the brow area. 
• Lamination may not be suitable for those with very sensitive skin and certain medical conditions - please discuss this at your consultation. 

Aftercare and Results

• Aftercare instructions will be provided and must be followed to maintain your lashes and brows. 
• Results vary depending on aftercare, skin type and natural lash/brow health. 
• We do not offer refunds for retention issues unless related to a product or application fault (at technician's discretion). 

Health and Safety

• Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes/brows. 
• Please do not book if you have any active infections, open wounds, recent eye surgeries or severe allergies. 
• A patch test is available 48 hours before your service. This does not guarantee an allergic reaction will not occur. 

Age Requirement

• Clients must be 18 years old or older. 
• Under 18? A parent/guardian must be present and sign a consent form. 

Photos and Social Media

• Before and after photos may be taken for portfolio and marketing purposes. 
• Please let us know if you do not wish to be photographed or tagged.
